Untuk cucian KILOAN, baju anda seluruhnya dimasukin ke 1 mesin tanpa pembersihan noda dan pemisahan warna dan bahan. Jika ada kelunturan dan kerusakan berasal dari baju anda sendiri yang dicucikan bersama 1 cycle atau kerusakan telah ada pada pakaian sebelum dicuci, maka pihak laundry tidak ada kewajiban ganti rugi.
For KILOAN laundry, all your clothes are put into 1 machine without stain removal and separation of colors and materials. If there is fading and damage resulting from your own clothes that are washed together within 1 cycle wash or damage has been present in the clothes before being washed, then the laundry store is not obliged to compensate.
Kami juga tidak memberikan ganti rugi atas cucian KILOAN yang telah di sarankan oleh kasir laundry ke pelanggan bahwa cucian kiloan tersebut terdapat bahan pakaian yang beresiko rusak kalau di cuci di KILOAN. Jenis pakaian berikut ini TIDAK BOLEH DICUCI di KILOAN: pakaian yang berdominan karet, bersablon tebal, berbulu, berisi kawat (bra), berbahan terlalu tipis, celana dalam ukuran terlalu kecil, keset yang terlalu kotor, karpet, gorden, baju berpayet, baju yang mudah luntur seperti jeans dan pakaian berwarna hitam dan merah, bedding items dan bedcover (hanya dicuci di satuan), baju berbahan kulit palsu dan kulit asli.
We also do not compensate for KILOAN laundry that has been advised by the laundry staff to the customer that in the kiloan laundry submitted to us, contains clothing materials that are at risk of being damaged if washed in KILOAN. The following types of clothing SHOULD NOT BE WASHED in KILOAN: clothes that are predominantly rubber, thick screen printing, furry, contain wires (bras/corset), thin material (stockings/scarf), tiny underwear, doormats that are too dirty, carpets, curtains, sequined clothes, clothes that are easy to fade such as jeans, black and red color clothings, bedding items and bedcovers (only washed in SATUAN), clothes made of fake leather and genuine leather.

Mekanisme dan Ketentuan Komplain

Pelanggan hanya dapat melakukan komplain dalam maksimal 24 jam sejak tanggal pengambilan baju bersih.Customers can only make complaints within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of collection of clean clothes.

Pelanggan wajib menunjukkan nota asli pada saat mengajukan komplain.Customers are required to show the original receipt when submitting a complaint.

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas cucian kiloan yang luntur atau rusak berasal dari pakaian pelanggan sendiri.We are not responsible for laundry that fades or is damaged by the customer's own clothes.

Kami juga tidak Memberikan Ganti Rugi atas cucian KILOAN yang telah di sarankan oleh kasir laundry ke pelanggan bahwa cucian kiloan yang diserahkan tersebut terdapat bahan pakaian yang beresiko rusak kalau di cuci di KILOAN.We also do not provide compensation for KILOAN LAUNDRY (laundry per kilogram) that has been advised by the laundry cashier to the customer that the laundry submitted contains clothing materials that are at risk of being damaged if washed by the kilo.

Kerusakan pakaian karena faktor kualitas barang yang kurang baik (susut, pudar, atau lunturnya warna kain) tidak menjadi tanggung jawab kami.Damage to clothing due to poor quality items (shrinkage, fading, or fading of fabric color) is not our responsibility.

Pakaian berbahan tipis atau berharga tidak disarankan dimasukkan ke dalam laundry kiloan. Segala ganti rugi akibat kesalahan kami akan diganti maksimal 15x biaya cuci (Laundry Kiloan) atau 5x biaya cuci (Laundry Potongan). Kecuali penggantian dengan voucher laundry hingga 6kg gratis cuci kiloan. Any compensation due to our mistakes will be replaced with a maximum of 15x the washing fee (Kiloan Laundry) or 5x the washing fee (Laundry Satuan). Except for replacement with a laundry voucher up to 6kg free kilo wash.

Setiap komplain membutuhkan waktu hingga 14 hari untuk diinvestigasi dulu perkaranya. Pelanggan wajib menunggu waktu tersebut.Each complaint requires up to 14 days to be investigated. Customers are required to wait for this time.

Pembayaran uang ganti rugi dana hanya dibayarkan melalui transfer bank atau voucher.Payment of compensation funds is only paid via bank transfer or voucher.

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab untuk barang berharga yang hilang karena tertinggal pada pakaian.We are not responsible for valuables lost due to being left in clothing.

Segala kerusakan dan kehilangan yang timbul karena FORCE MAJEUR seperti: bencana alam, kebakaran, huru-hara dan lain sebagainya tidak menjadi tanggung jawab kami.Any damage and loss arising from FORCE MAJEURE such as: natural disasters, fires, riots and so on are not our responsibility.

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas cucian yang hilang atau rusak karena tidak diambil dalam 30 hari sejak tanggal nota order.We are not responsible for lost or damaged laundry due to not being picked up within 30 days from the date of the order note.
